Shipping & Delivery

Every Lumiera piece is made to order. This lets us produce intentionally while keeping unnecessary overproduction to a minimum.

Order processing & production

Once your order is confirmed, it is sent to production. Production time varies by product, order volume, and seasonal demand. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping rates and the most current delivery estimate are shown at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. The estimate shown at checkout is the best current estimate for your order.

For U.S. Standard Delivery, the current transit estimate is generally 2–5 business days after your order has been produced and handed to the carrier. International delivery times vary by destination.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Shipping addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be reproduced or reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delivery delays

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, peak-season volume, customs processing, and other events outside our control can affect delivery times.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, local taxes, duties, or import charges depending on the destination. Any charges imposed by local authorities are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
